King Prajadhipok College of Nursing, Chanthaburi was established in 1965 and began teaching nursing and sanitation courses for a period of 4 years to produce qualified nursing personnel to serve society. This institute received the infinite grace from Her Majesty Queen Rambhai Barni. Her Majesty the Queen in the reign of King Rama VII, who accepted the College has been in the royal patronage since 1965. It is a noble history and an important foundation for the development of the college. to progress continuously

ตั้งแต่ปี 2015 มูลนิธิราชวงศ์ได้ร่วมมืออย่างใกล้ชิดกับมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี เพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจในการมอบการศึกษาที่มีคุณภาพและเข้าถึงได้แก่ผู้เรียนจากหลากหลายพื้นฐาน ความร่วมมือนี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันในการยกระดับมาตรฐานการศึกษาและการพัฒนาสังคม
